KVS PGT Eligibility Regarding B.Ed
To become a PGT teacher, a master’s degree in the subject is required, and a B.Ed. is compulsory except for subjects like Computer Science, Commerce, and Biotechnology.
Note: Candidates having only a Special B.ed are not eligible for the PGT Post. For subsequent promotion, the incumbent will have to acquire a B.Ed or Equivalent degree.
KVS PGT Eligibility in Mode of Selection
The recruitment authority will select candidates after evaluating their suitability for the KVS PGT eligibility in advertised vacancies in the selection process through:

- Demo Class Teaching
- Interview
- Medical Examination.
The written examination consists of 70 marks and a demo teaching, interview consists of 30 marks. The weightage of the ratio of Marks is 70:30(15+15)
